Advisory access: responsive, typically within 24 to 48 hours for non-urgent matters, same-day for genuine urgency
Quarterly check-ins: 90-minute sessions to review organizational health and surface emerging dynamics
Async decision support: email and voice memo access for decisions that benefit from external input
Crisis availability: priority access when genuine crises emerge
Annual assessment refresh: a lightweight version of the FOUNDATION diagnostic to ensure the Strategic Continuity Map remains current
Investment: $3,500 - $5,000 / month
Minimum commitment: 6 months
